The Assistant to the Branch Manager at an investment company's local workplace keeps in mind every client and pronounces their names correctly whenever. She handles them as if they're liked, respected relative. They 'd never ever go anywhere else. Connectedness goes beyond financial services experts' refined shoes and marble floorings. Connectedness trumps neat, prompt admin, too. Connectedness even out-powers ROI. In a Gallup Management Journal article, W.J. McEwen and J.H.
